If the reservation has been modified to arrive on dates later than the original, the cancellation and modification policy will always refer to the original arrival date. A $40 MXN charge will be applied upon booking, which corresponds to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total of your reservation. This charge is non-refundable. A scheduled charge will be made to your card 8 days before arrival to settle the remainder.

Our base rates are in US dollars. The price will appear in your local currency, but you will be charged in US dollars, taking into account the actual exchange rate at the time of payment. It may vary depending on the fluctuation of the exchange rate between both currencies.

No Show Policy
In the event that the guest does not show up on the reserved date, the full stay will be charged.
No-shows are considered to be any situation in which the guest does not show up at the hotel, including but not limited to: flight delays, immigration procedures, invalid documents, etc.

Early Departure Policy
The entire stay will be charged.

Specs

• Children between the ages of 3 and 12 are considered adults. Children 13 and older at check-in are considered adults.
• Student insurance for lodging: Guests between the ages of 18 and 25 staying at Grand Oasis Cancun must pay a non-refundable $30 USD per person upon check-in. Student/Young Traveler insurance is defined as any guest 25 years of age or younger traveling without a parent/legal guardian. This insurance is applicable at all Oasis properties mentioned above during the Spring Break season in March.
• To check in, each guest must present official identification. Minors must present a photo ID (a school ID), a CURP (Currency Card), a birth certificate, or a passport.
• When booking, $40 MXN will be charged. These correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total amount of your reservation. This charge is non-refundable. A scheduled charge will be made to your card 1 day before arrival to settle the remaining amount.

Restrictions apply: Interest-free installments can only be paid through the payment link. Direct payments at the front desk are subject to a single payment.

Billing

Invoicing information must be sent before arrival. Invoices cannot be issued after departure.
For deposits or advances made for future reservations or services, you can request a retainer invoice, and upon your service date, the full invoice and corresponding credit note will be issued.

Compensations
All compensation will be made as appropriate.

Notes in case of hiring a Tour

• Have your confirmation (Digital Coupon) on hand.
• Have everyone's ID ready.
• Arrive at the transfer location 15 minutes before the agreed time.
• Review tour terms and conditions (provided in your Digital Voucher).
• The reservation is valid for the number of people indicated on the Digital Coupon.
• VIP activities, souvenirs and mementos are not included (additional cost).
• Booked tours must be scheduled 15 days in advance.

CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE:

If you requested transportation during the reservation process or during your quote, the transfer will be arranged by Oasis Experiences. Free transportation is included per reservation for stays of more than two nights at Cancun hotels and stays of more than three nights at Tulum hotels. To qualify for the free transfer, the reservation must be made 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
The reservation must be paid 24 hours prior to arrival to enjoy the included transfer benefit. This service is subject to availability, so we suggest scheduling as soon as possible. As this is a complimentary service, there are no refunds. This service is only available for arrivals and departures from Cancun Airport; it does not apply to Tulum Airport.
For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send the flight information to Oasis Experiences 72 hours before arrival.
The courtesy transfer is for one round-trip service (airport-hotel-airport) per reservation, not one transfer per room. It is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. After the reservation date, the courtesy transfer will expire or become invalid.
The transfer does not apply to VIP, Local, or Complimentary Reservations, nor to Smart Cancún and OH! Cancún hotels.

Obvious errors in prices
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error that is clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In these cases, the guest will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative price adjusted to the correct rate.
