- Student insurance for lodging: Guests between the ages of 18 and 25 staying at Grand Oasis Cancun must pay a non-refundable $30 USD per person upon check-in. Student/Young Traveler insurance is defined as any guest 25 years of age or younger traveling without a parent/legal guardian. This insurance is applicable during Spring Break, which runs through March.

Flexible Rate: The time required to modify or cancel your reservation depends on the season:

- Low season: You can request cancellation or modification of your reservation up to one day before your arrival without penalty. After 3:00 PM the day before your arrival, the penalty will be 100%. $40 MXN will be charged upon booking. which correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total of your reservation, this charge is non-refundable, a scheduled charge will be made to your card 1 days before arrival to settle the remainder.

- High season: You can request a cancellation or modification of your reservation more than 8 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or modifications made 8 days or less in advance will be charged for the full stay. If the reservation has been modified to arrive on dates later than the original, the cancellation and modification policy will always refer to the original arrival date. A $40 MXN fee will be charged upon booking. which correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total of your reservation, this charge is non-refundable, a scheduled charge will be made to your card 8 days before arrival to settle the remainder.

In the event that the guest does not show up on the reserved date, the full stay will be charged.

No-shows are considered to be any situation in which the guest does not show up at the hotel, including but not limited to: flight delays, immigration procedures, invalid documents, etc.
