If you requested transportation during the reservation process or during your quote, the transfer will be arranged by Oasis Experiences. Free transportation is included per reservation for stays of more than two nights at Cancun hotels and stays of more than three nights at Tulum hotels. To qualify for the free transfer, reservations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
The reservation must be paid 24 hours prior to arrival to enjoy the included transfer benefit. This service is subject to availability, so we suggest scheduling as soon as possible. As this is a courtesy service, there are no refunds. This service is only available for arrivals and departures from Cancun Airport; it does not apply to Tulum Airport.
For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send the flight information to Oasis Experiences 72 hours before arrival.

Invoicing information must be sent before arrival. Invoices cannot be issued after departure. For deposits or advances made for future reservations or services, you can request a retainer invoice, and upon your service date, the full invoice and corresponding credit note will be issued.

Compensation

All compensation will be made as appropriate.

Notes in case of hiring a Tour

• Have your confirmation (Digital Coupon) on hand.
• Have everyone's ID ready.
• Arrive at the transfer location 15 minutes before the agreed time.
• Review tour terms and conditions (provided in your Digital Voucher).
• The reservation is valid for the number of people indicated on the Digital Coupon.
• VIP activities, souvenirs and mementos are not included (additional cost).

CONDITIONS OF TRANSPORTATION SERVICE

If you requested transportation during the reservation process or during your quote, the transfer will be arranged by Oasis Experiences. Free transportation is included per reservation for stays of more than two nights at Cancun hotels and stays of more than three nights at Tulum hotels. To qualify for the free transfer, reservations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
The reservation must be paid 24 hours prior to arrival to enjoy the included transfer benefit. This service is subject to availability, so we suggest scheduling as soon as possible. As this is a courtesy service, there are no refunds. This service is only available for arrivals and departures from Cancun Airport; it does not apply to Tulum Airport.
For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send the flight information to Oasis Experiences 72 hours before arrival.
The courtesy transfer is for one round-trip service (airport-hotel-airport) per reservation, not one transfer per room. It is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. After the reservation date, the courtesy transfer will expire or become invalid.
The transfer does not apply to VIP, Local, or Complimentary Reservations, nor to Smart Cancún and OH! Cancún hotels.

Obvious errors in prices

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error that is clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In these cases, the guest will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative price corresponding to the correct rate.
