In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the full stay will be charged. No-shows are considered to be any situation in which the guest does not arrive at the hotel, including but not limited to: delayed flights, immigration procedures, invalid documents, etc.

• For accommodations, student insurance: Guests staying at Grand Oasis Cancun, between 18 and 25 years old, must pay a non-refundable insurance policy of $30 USD per person at check-in. Student/Young Traveler is defined as any guest 25 years of age or younger traveling without a parent/legal guardian and is applicable during Spring Break season dates in March.
