Courtesy transfer

The transfer will be arranged by Oasis Experiences. Free transfer is included per reservation for stays of more than two nights at Cancun hotels and for stays of more than three nights at Tulum hotels. To qualify for the free transfer, reservations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.

The reservation must be paid 24 hours before the client's arrival to enjoy the included transfer benefit.

For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send the flight information to Oasis Experiences 48 hours before arrival.

The courtesy transfer is for one round-trip service (airport-hotel-airport) per reservation, not one transfer per room. It is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. After the reservation date, the courtesy transfer will expire or become invalid.

The transfer does not apply to VIP Reservations, Local Reservations, or Courtesy Reservations.
