- Student Insurance: Guests staying at Pyramid, Grand Oasis Cancun, Grand Sens Cancun, Grand Oasis Palm and Oasis Palm, between 18 and 25 years old must pay a non-refundable $30 USD per person check-in policy. Students / Young travelers are defined as any guest 25 years of age and younger traveling without a parent / legal guardian and is applicable at all Oasis properties mentioned, during the Spring Break season dates during the months of February - April.

- In order to check in, each guest must present an official ID. In the case of minors, they must present an ID with a photo (this can be a school ID), their Curp, birth certificate or Passport.

Minimum amounts for interest-free months $600MXN

Restrictions apply: Payment in installments without interest can only be made through the payment link. Direct payments at reception apply in a single installment.

All compensation will be made as appropriate.

Flexible Rate: The relative time for modification or cancellation of the reservation depends on the season:

- Low season: You can request cancellation or modification of your reservation up to 1 day before your arrival without penalty. After 3 pm on the day before your arrival, the penalty will be 100%. Upon booking, $40 MXN will be charged.   which correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total of your reservation, this charge is non-refundable, a scheduled charge will be made to your card 1  days before arrival to settle the remaining amount.

- High season: You can request the cancellation or modification of your reservation more than 8 days before arrival. Cancellations or modifications made 8 days or less in advance will be charged for the entire stay. If the reservation has been modified to arrive on dates later than the original, the cancellation and modification policy will always take as reference the original arrival date. Upon booking, $40 MXN will be charged.   which correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total of your reservation, this charge is non-refundable, a scheduled charge will be made to your card 8 days before arrival to settle the remaining amount.

In case the guest does not show up on the reserved date, the full stay will be charged.

No shows are considered for any situation in which the guest does not show up at the hotel, including but not limited to: delayed flights, immigration procedures, invalid documents, etc.
