Flexible Rate: The time frame for modifying or cancelling the reservation depends on the season:

- Low season: You can request cancellation or modification of your reservation up to 1 day before your arrival without penalty. After 3 PM the day before your arrival, the penalty will be 100%. A $40 MXN booking fee will be charged. These are administrative expenses and will be deducted from your total reservation. This charge is non-refundable; a scheduled charge will be made to your card . days before arrival to settle the remaining balance.

- High Season: You can request cancellation or modification of your reservation more than 8 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or modifications made 8 days or less in advance will incur charges for the full stay. If the reservation has been modified to arrive on dates later than the original, the cancellation and modification policy will always refer to the original arrival date. A $40 MXN booking fee will be charged. These correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from your total reservation. This charge is non-refundable; a scheduled charge will be made to your card . days before arrival to settle the remaining balance.

In case the guest does not show up on the reserved date, the full stay will be charged.

No-shows are considered to be any situation in which the guest does not show up at the hotel, including but not limited to: delayed flights, immigration procedures, invalid documents, etc.
