If you requested transportation during the booking process or when requesting a quote, the transfer will be managed by Oasis Experiences. A free transfer is included per booking for stays of more than 2 nights in Cancun hotels and stays of more than 3 nights in Tulum hotels. To take advantage of the free transfer, the booking must be made 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
Your reservation must be paid 24 hours prior to arrival to receive the complimentary transfer. This service is subject to availability, so we recommend booking as soon as possible. As this is a complimentary service, it is non-refundable. This service is only available for arrivals from Cancun Airport and does not apply to Tulum Airport.
For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send Oasis Experiences the flight details 72 hours before arrival.
The complimentary transfer is a one-way  service (airport-hotel) per reservation, not a transfer per room. It is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or reprogrammed. The complimentary transfer expires after the reservation date.
