Our base rates are in US dollars. The price will appear in your local currency, but payment will be processed in US dollars, based on the real exchange rate at the time of payment. The final price may vary depending on fluctuations in the exchange rate between the two currencies.

No Show Policy

In the event of a no-show on the reserved date, the full stay will be charged. No-shows are considered to be any situation in which the guest does not arrive at the hotel, including but not limited to: delayed flights, immigration procedures, invalid documents, etc.

• For accommodation, children are considered to be between 3 and 12 years old. Guests 13 years of age and older at check-in are charged the adult rate.
• For accommodations, student insurance: Guests staying at Grand Oasis Cancun, between 18 and 25 years old, must pay a non-refundable insurance policy of $30 USD per person upon check-in. Student/Young Traveler is defined as any guest 25 years of age and younger traveling without a parent/legal guardian and is applicable during Spring Break season in March.
• To check in, each guest must present an official ID. Minors must present a photo ID (such as a school ID), their CURP (Mexican national ID number), birth certificate, or passport.

Billing

If you require an invoice, please request it at https://oasishoteles.com/es/facturacion . Billing information must be submitted before your arrival. Invoices cannot be issued after you have checked out. For deposits or advance payments made for future reservations or services, you can request an advance invoice. Upon arrival of your service, a full invoice and a credit note will be issued for the advance payment.

Compensation

All compensation will be made as appropriate.

Notes in case of booking a Tour

• Have your confirmation (Digital Coupon) on hand.
• Have the identification documents of all people ready.
• Arrive at the transfer location 15 minutes before the agreed time.
• Review tour terms and conditions (provided on your Digital Voucher).
• The reservation is valid for the number of people indicated on the Digital Coupon.
• VIP activities, souvenirs and keepsakes are not included (additional cost).

To provide the best service to our guests, room assignments, including floor number, bed type, and specific location within the hotel, are subject to availability upon arrival.

While preferences can be registered during the booking process, they are not guaranteed.

The final assignment will be determined by the Front Desk team at check-in, based on availability and hotel operations.

Obvious pricing errors

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error that is clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In such cases, the customer will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative at the correct rate.
