Flexible Rate: The relative time for modifying or canceling the reservation depends on the season:

- Low season: You can request the cancellation or modification of your reservations up to 1 day before your arrival without penalty. After 3 pm the day before your arrival, the penalty will be 100%. When booking, $40 MXN will be charged   which correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total of your reservation, this charge is non-refundable, a scheduled charge will be made to your card 1  days before arrival to settle the remainder.

- High season: You can request the cancellation or modification of your reservation more than 8 days before arrival. Cancellations or modifications made 8 days or less in advance will be charged for the entire stay. If the reservation has been modified to arrive on dates later than the original, the cancellation and modification policy will always take the original arrival date as a reference. When booking, $40 MXN will be charged   which correspond to administrative expenses and will be deducted from the total of your reservation, this charge is non-refundable, a scheduled charge will be made to your card 7 days before arrival to settle the remainder.

- January 2, 2024 to March 22, 2024

- July 7, 2024 to August 18, 2024

- January 2, 2025 to March 31, 2025

- July 7, 2025 to August 18, 2025

- April 1, 2024 to July 6, 2024

- August 19, 2024 to December 23, 2024

- April 1, 2025 to April 10, 2025

- April 20, 2025 to July 6, 2025

If the guest does not show up on the reserved date, the entire stay will be charged.

No shows are considered for any situation in which the guest does not show up at the hotel, including but not limited to: delayed flights, immigration procedures, invalid documents, etc.

- In order to check in, it is necessary to present an official identification for each of the guests. In the case of minors, you must present a photo ID (it can be a school ID), your CURP, birth certificate or passport.
