It is necessary to send the details for the invoice before your arrival. Invoices cannot be made once the property has been abandoned.

- For deposits or advances made for future reservations or services, you can request an advance invoice and, upon arrival of the date of your service, the complete invoice and the credit note corresponding to the advance invoice will be made.

All compensation will be made as appropriate.

The transfer will be managed by the Viajes Caribe Maya agency. Free transfer is included per reservation for stays of more than 2 nights at Cancun hotels and stays of more than 3 nights at Tulum hotels. To enjoy the free transfer, the reservation must be made 72 hours before arrival at the hotel.
The reservation must be paid 24 hours before the client's arrival to enjoy the included transfer benefit.
For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send Viajes Caribe Maya the flight data 48 hours before its arrival.
The courtesy is one round service (airport-hotel-airport) per reservation, not one transfer per room, it is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or rescheduled. After the reservation date, the courtesy transfer expires or loses validity.
