If you requested transportation service during the reservation process or during your quote, the transfer will be managed by the Viajes Caribe Maya agency. Free transfer is included per reservation for stays of more than 2 nights in Cancun hotels and stays of more than 3 nights in Tulum hotels. To be able to enjoy the free transfer, the reservation must be made 72 hours before arrival at the hotel.
The reservation must be paid 24 hours before the client's arrival in order to enjoy the included transfer benefit. This service is subject to availability, so we suggest you schedule it as soon as possible. As it is a courtesy service, it will not generate refunds of any kind. This service is only available for arrivals and departures from the Cancun airport, it does not apply to the Tulum Airport.
For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send the flight information to Viajes Caribe Maya 72 hours before arrival.
The courtesy transfer is for one round trip (airport-hotel-airport) per reservation, not one transfer per room, it is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or rescheduled. After the reservation date, the courtesy transfer expires or loses validity.
