If you requested transportation during the reservation process or during your quote, the transfer will be arranged by Oasis Experiences . Free transportation is included per reservation for stays of more than two nights at Cancun hotels and stays of more than three nights at Tulum hotels. To qualify for the free transfer, reservations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival at the hotel.
The reservation must be paid 24 hours prior to arrival to enjoy the included transfer benefit. This service is subject to availability, so we suggest scheduling as soon as possible. As this is a courtesy service, there are no refunds. This service is only available for arrivals and departures from Cancun Airport; it does not apply to Tulum Airport.
For the transfer to be effective and confirmed, it is necessary to send the flight information to Oasis Experiences 72 hours before arrival.
The courtesy transfer is for one round-trip service (airport-hotel-airport) per reservation, not one transfer per room. It is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. After the reservation date, the courtesy transfer will expire or become invalid.
